Stop scanning, I try everything to make work and it doesn’t work

Just updated the app too.

I don’t understand what’s happened lately to the ITOVi. It used to be so reliable and pretty much spot on but lately it doesn’t make sense. 2 weeks ago I had a bad cold with cough and it read 0 in respiratory and 0 in immunity. Talked to many people who are saying the same. What is going on? Something’s changed. :0(

Tha app is not working properly. When I try to use the iTOVi scanner, I only get so far and then the app gets stuck in a loop I click scan, my iTOVi scanner vibrates, I choose the person I would like to scan and get next screen but it continuously loads and doesn’t ever stop loading so I am unable to choose how many oil suggestions I’d like. Please help

After paying for my device in full all technical support vanished! I use my scanner in a on e of my reports for my business and took advantage of a special that itovi as a monthly subscriber to pay off my scanner in full. Since the payoff totaling over 500.00 was invested. I stop receiving technical support and the device stopped working!! It’s a shame because I really loved using my device and it helped so much in my Doterra business!

This a tool I haven’t use much until now! It is wonderful how much it helps people to see what essential oils they need to use to feel better, no more pain. Thank you So much God’s many blessings daily to everyone in our fantastic world

I have been trying to change my last name on my itovi for years. I’m no longer married and that last name is triggering for me. Even with trying to have itovi tech support help me it still is not changed. How can this not be changed!!?

Email notifications when clients are due for scan do not send and issue has not been fixed for years.

I purchased the whole lifetime thing. It worked once or twice. Since then either it does not connect to Bluetooth or if it starts scanning , it stops at the second bar. This is not good. I cannot use the scanner. I am not happy with this. I am in Europe now and I am stuck with something which is not working.
