Tried using on a tech call. Nothing useful notes. Lot of mistakes. If I sent those notes I’d get in trouble.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! TRASH APP.

This app did okay it did help get through the church service however I didn’t catch but the main point or main story we need to learn as how to apply to our life I am profoundly deaf. I only use one hearing aids in my left ear let say my hearing aids and the speech volume is not helping me anymore I would and hopefully to get a cochlear implant in both ear. This app does capture and the sentence but there is also a ten second delay respond and you may have to reread it again and you lose track of where the speaker is. This was my first time I use this app but I uninstalled it immediately when the church ended. It wasn’t really what I am looking for of what I really needed.

You cannot do *anything* with the transcriptions. Copy, export, nothing! This tool is absolutely useless.

When I have a lecture to be transcribed, I have enjoyed your service. However, there are a number of times, like the entire month of May, in which I did not use your service yet you charged me $6.42 four times. Why are you doing this? Please stop charging me when I do not use your service.!! I am going to have to cancel this service and use another service.
