Report to Apple for scam dev!
So that's the way you went about it? You sold the app as a one-time purchase, then removed some of the sold functionality, and now, you return this functionality, but forcing to subscribe? Then write a complaint to apple. Let them investigate the scam! They'll make everyone who paid before get their money back. And like you say it's just the cost of a bottle of water - you won't have any trouble getting thousands of your customers a bottle of water back. Let's see where you find that much money. You went the way of the developers of airmail and you can see the rating of their app has dropped from 5 stars to 1. They even tried to put a pay rating on it, but they didn't succeed. Their reputation has been lost for good. And you're just as much of a freak as they are! But that doesn't give the freaks the right to deprive users of the functionality they bought so they can then sell it on a subscription basis! “Ripple” and “FilmNoir” more better!
