I have had this tree for years it is great please update the app

App no longer works. Needs to be updated to work on IOS 14. Still broken 4 years later. App hasn’t been updated in 9 years, but worked until security updates in iOS 14. Wrote to the developer. Doubt I will hear anything back or the app patched

App keeps crashing. Fix it!

Please please update or at least keep the app active!! I have had my tree forever and I absolutely love it. Currently my lights are on fade and without the app they cannot be changed. Thank you for putting out a tree that has lasted this long!!

Would love to change my lights to solid or the wave effect. The small white lights have already died and can’t seem to fix that issue either.

But the developers for this tree were obviously a one shot only manufacturing team. No updates and the Bluetooth connectivity is nonexistent after the first couple of years. Disappointing.

I found that I can control the tree if I am not connected to WiFi and connect using Bluetooth. Hopefully this helps others that still have this amazing tree!

Crashes on open.

Only one device can operate the app at a time . This is cumbersome, when someone else wants to change colors/music it they can’t through the app on their device , they have to operate it thru whoever is connected first . You can download the app, but only one person can operate it at a time

We love our tree but can’t control it anymore bc the app is horrible. There needs to be a manual override or update the app!
