Not sure why IUCU updated the format of their app. The latest format has an “Ask Ana” front page. No more easy access to see all of your accounts at a glance. No more easy tap on the account you want to reference. Now you have to ask Ana by wasting added time typing in a request of what you want to see. Rather than seeing the front page and easily choosing what you want to do. This is a typical “the developers need more work to do. Let’s update the app and confuse our customers who were comfortable with the easier to use format.”. Please IUCU. Change this back to easy use. This update is tiresome.

Love this app

While this app works reliably, I would love it a lot more if it was updated to the modern age with financial spending graphics, folders for allocating funds, recurring fees, etc. The fact that it lacks these features makes me consider switching banks often. Also just needs a visual update in general. I get the cream and crimson theme but it’s visually very dated. Give me some good charts and useful tools and I’ll be happy for a long time.

Need to be able to change my password regularly for security but there is no mechanism to do so.

The mobile check deposit is very convenient

Every month there’s at least 2 days that the app just won’t load or give you the chance to long! The app went down hill in the past year or two fast!

Its fine, IUCU is kinda garbage tho. They’re just sliw, and blame “the industry” for delays.

The app glitches all the time. Very few features on there. Quickpaying someone would literally take a week.
