This app is so slow. Every time I open it I have to login and it was letting me login for the first month of owning it, but now it doesn’t load past the verification making it impossible for anyone to login. I can’t see anything I need to see like my crimson card or my classes.

For starters why does everytime I open it I have to re-sign in, and auth with duo (despite clicking my device)? Why does my schedule just randomly decide to go to previous semesters? It’s insane how bad an app can be, it’s like it’s never been tested

Any time I try to add the widget to see my class schedule, it always says I need to log in to update my schedule, which I do, and it still doesn’t work.

I just downloaded the App. I am trying to login and keeps kicking me out once I input my email and password. Any explanation?

Bring back the shortcut to class schedule. this app is pointless without it.

The ability to view your crimson card does not work for iphone SE (2020). My friends who have bigger phones have a option to view their crimson card but even though I have the app on the most updated version, I still can’t see that option even though I did the exact same sequence of links to do so. Please fix this!

Edit: The Mobile App is experiencing an issue with Duo, this seems like an issue with the mobile offering altogether (including the website). Love the new design. Much more user friendly. A lot of the concerns users had have been resolved.

The bus map is useful and I like seeing when the bus is close.

I need this app so I have downloaded it, but I have noticed that each time I use the app I must log in. I am a bit disappointed in this small issue. But, I like the app in general and agree with others about the GUI Interface.
