Zero stars. Have to change password all the time. You have areas that we can’t view.

It would be helpful and beneficial to all members to be able to put your union card in on the app. See your name on the out of work list. Union members that work night shift not able to go to meetings by putting the union meeting on the app so we could see it live would also benefit all members

Good for name and register number but nothing else is accurate or even works.

The button to click to pay dues is gone

I like that the reps can scan my electronic dues card on the app at the membership meetings and I don’t have to fill out forms. Makes things easy and quick. Thanks Local 18!

Recently I had the pleasure of using the Local 18 app , and afterwards I thought wow that was a very memorable experience, thank you.

Not as easy to navigate as I would like. Trying to plan for retirement and could not find a cost of health care at retirement. At 61 years old I will have 36 years of service with over 60,000 hours. I have less than two years to go so need to start planning.

I will receive notifications that there’s a new update on the app and it won’t actually show up on the app for days. It’s fairly aggravating and makes me not want to use it at all. But it’s nice to have when everything actually works the way it’s supposed to.
