This look like an app that does what you want but it actually missed a vital feature of having sound with the video. It doesn't play and it's apparently being fixed. Although, it's strange how this app passed without anyone checking if the sound worked.

It was a good app until the download button stop working,now it's only good for the videos I saved before the update. This app is trash! Do not download or update
This app is fantastic if you want to watch youtube without using the youtube app or safari. But on the side of downloading videos, its absolute trash... Why? Because it doesn't work.
