iVisa: ETA, eVisa, ESTA, Visa

This company is horrible. First they make you believe that they are here to help you by getting you a ETA visa in under 5 minutes but then charge you +200$! And their customer service bounces you off from one agent to another without answering your questions. And the worst is that you can’t delete your personal information. *Refrain from using this app*

I tried to do this with my desktop computer, wasting many hours. It took only about 15 minutes with my iPhone (assuming you have all of the pictures and information at hand.)

Was not aware that there was an annual renewal fee, and shocked when $79.99 fee showed up on my statement. App is set up to make cancellation of this annual renewal fee difficult to find and even more difficult to request a refund of an unknown renewal fee.

I paid over $100 for a UK entry permit and received an email from IVisa that it was denied - no explanation given. I found a UK government website that charged me $13.16 and approved my application immediately. To be clear, I used the IVisa website, not the app. My review pertains to the company, not the app. The app may work ok, but the company is not reliable Don’t waste your money

Went thru India government and they said I was rejected due to duplicate entries. My fault but was stumped as to what to do. When I went to delete my emails I noticed this email on Dec 3, that I was granted. It was crunch time because we were to leave late December. Thank you for your help!!!

User friendly and efficient. Finished my 2 applications quickly after getting the photos right!

They charge over $100 for a UK visa that costs £10. Don’t fall for it!

DO NOT USE!! OVER CHARGING!! I was charged $132 USD for my NZeTA through this app, while my mom used a different app and only paid $68 USD. Please learn from my mistake and use a different app. They are massively overpriced for the same services!!! I wish could give them a 0 star review.
