Not only were they slow to respond to an order that required a change, but after I received the wrong order they were rude and abrasive to cover up their lack of a timely response. They went as far as the owners husband calling my phone and calling me poor. Very strange, kinda sad really. Not exactly adult behavior. Not company I would ever consider doing business with again.

Love everything about Ivory Gem. Rebecca has an eye for finding great things! It’s where my entire wardrobe is pretty much from now.

Ivory Gem offers such a wide variety of top of the line vendors. So happy I found them. Many purchases to come.

Still never received my $10 credit!

Nothing loads I can’t see the pictures I tried every things. I just use the website. Even then sometimes the website give me problems but not like the app.

Best boutique I’ve found

I had an item preauthorized on my waitlist on the app and it was an item that was restocked but somehow I didn’t get it... I don’t understand why I should bother preauthorizing when I’m not going to get it anyway..?! I never had that happen with other boutiques so it’s confusing to me and pretty disappointing too. I emailed customer service and never received a response. Disappointing and I guess I should just delete the app

I can NEVER get anything to load on the app. Love ivory gem but the app needs work.
