Hello, I have just changed my phone and the app cannot retrieve my data on the new phone.
Can’t open the app
The error message keeps appearing: The custom token format is incorrect. Please check the documentation. Retry
Could not open the coach???
Could not unlock the coach although already be charged for one year premium fee??? Wasted money for rubbish!!
