It’s not playing

It doesn’t play anything. Only the trailer keeps playing. I uninstall the app and install back the app but still the same. My internet is fine. Just the app is not working!! Please fix it!

I enjoy watching it but sometimes I login and I can’t watch more than 3 episode. Its says subscribe. But my plans is active even my payment is up to date. Keep emailing and contact them but no reply. Just want to know why is subscription like this.

No unsubscribe button in the app

If you dont want to u subscribe anymore, there is no way that they will help you, the app is rubbish and they will keep charging your account even if you beg them to stop your subscription.

Fix your chromecast please

The video qualities are good. However, the chromecast is such a hassle whenever I want to play the next episode where I need to disconnect my phone first and connect my phone again to play the next episode. A good layout for the episodes might make it easier for viewers to access the episodes 😊

Subtitles not working

Please improved your app

Another day another not working app it stays blank when open I uninstalled and installed but still the same. Please fix! And also videos dont paly automatically in series its annoying cos u need to start up the app just to make it work! Uselesss developers

App done poorly

It’s such a pain watching series when using chromecast. I have to exit and re-enter the app multiple times and disconnect and reconnect it via Chromecast after each episode to get it to work. Not worth the money you pay for.

unresponsive and glitchy

Very frustrated with this app. Please get better developers. Not worth the money when its unusuble. Now some shows have become 30mins instead of an hour and 30! Very disappointed

Subtitles don’t work when watching on phone

Subtitles only work when watching through the app on a smart tv. App is very rudimentary, even though you can share between devices there are no separate user profiles. Great collection of movies and tv shows though.
