Too complicated to use needs to be simplified.

Rubbish, hardly ever works and will only connect to wifi if you’re practically sitting on top of the modem and even with using data instead it’s temperamental

Terribly unreliable

We set this app up four years ago to run three air cons in the house. It has capability to add lighting, irrigation and security; but we don’t have devices in the house that we would sync to the app for this purpose. Up until now, the app has logically sequenced the three air con systems at the top of the list where we can find and use them. The menu included on and off buttons, as well as settings for each zone. Other systems that we don’t actually have (security, irrigation etc) followed in the list, but we could ignore them. Now, the list has everything else at the top and in random order: security, security, security, monitor, irrigation, entertainment, monitor, devices, aircon 1, devices, irrigation, irrigation, devices, aircon 2, monitor, air con 3. All I want is aircon 1,2,3. But I can’t delete these other systems … none of which actually exist in my house. I can’t reorganise the list through the app’s settings. And I can’t easily find what I need. Usually, I just want an on and off button for one of the aircon systems. Now there is on OR off. And I have to faff around trying to interpret whether the system is already on and can therefore only be turned off, or … whatever. This is a pain in the neck, portly designed, and I can’t believe it has been launched to market without customer testing. Sorry.

Worked for a day now unusable. Cant even get past Home Screen. Pointless waste of time.

Since the latest update, it can take over a minute for a single command such as opening a zone. It just spins and spins and if you click away it doesn’t apply the command. While it now looks better, the functionality is so slow and laggy. Very disappointing. Makes me wish I bought MyAir or one of the other systems.

Have not changed anything. Up until the recent update the system now takes about 2 minutes to change one setting on a zone. Makes it nearly impossible to use. Please fix it. Have been using the system for six years with issue until now.

This is a step backwards from the old app, favouring appearance over ease of use. The text is tiny and hard to read even on iPad, and worse obviously on smaller iPhone screen.

Every update of this app results in our aircon system (new 6months ago with full ozone upgrade) crashing, presets not working (meaning the system doesn’t come on and we wake up freezing, as does our new born and 3 year old). This is just sloppy development, even the distributor of the products has admitted as much. Sort it out.

If you are ever offered iZone for any of your systems. Stay away. You’ve been warned. Horrible UI, only works when it wants.
