The app is fine but the same cannot be said for the products they sell online. 1) They Do Not honour their refund policy I bought 10 boxes of their Matcha tea and the expiry online was different from the actual product delivered. With only 4mths to expiry i requested to refund 5 of 10 boxes (1/2 quantity) and they rejected on the basis that they have no fault. 2) Lack/No 3rd party independent review After I left a negative review on Google, their Google business page disappeared (along with my review and others). If you are buying online from them, buy a Small Quantity first to try. My mistake was buying a large quantity with incorrect expiry date and expect them to do a refund.
