Before downloading the app I tried to use the touch pad on the workspace to book the room to no avail. That should have been a signal to just move on but I had a meeting so I pushed through and downloaded the app hoping that would fix the problem. It’s a pretty bad app, setting up an account is a hassle since you can’t link your google or iCloud accounts. The same goes for adding payment information, everything has to be input manually so no Apple pay. Once I reserved the space I knew it was a bad idea, it’s really hot and stuffy inside, half of the outlets didn’t work and the WiFi didn’t work. It’s really overpriced for such a bad experience. I wouldn’t suggest it for anything other than a last resort.

It needs a fan, air conditioning, or some kind of climate control. It’s an amazing concept even if it’s on the expensive side.

The boxes are small and mine was extremely hot and cramped. They say you can control the temperature, but I never found a way. I called and called support many times and nobody could help. Even though there are only two buttons it was never clear what either one of them did and nobody I spoke to on the phone had any clue what the two buttons might do. They said someone would call me back and they never did. They said someone would email me back and they never did. I spent two hours sweating in a hot tiny box and trying to get help. I tried to look up YouTube videos on how the buttons work but there weren’t any. Also, I followed the instructions on the screen and downloaded the app. It said if I downloaded the app with the same credentials I used to book the reservation, I could find my current booking and control everything from the app. I downloaded the app, created an account with the exact same credentials, and it found no history of bookings. Also, good luck if you don’t take a screen shot of the initial booking because it has all the info you need if you need support, and the passcode you need to access the box, and that info is never emailed or sent in any way to the customer. I had the foresight to take the screen grab, but it made no difference. The people who answer the support line don’t know how either of the two buttons works or how to control the temperature, all they do is take your info and promise someone will call back, but they never ever ever do. I will update this review in the unlikely event I hear back from this terrible ripoff of a company.

I am sure the UX inside the unit is amazing. Need to be able to search by airport code, please.
