I used my iPad to set up the app. I followed the instructions in the user manual. It even gave me the serial no.

The app has to be logged in before it will work, which could be a problem if you’re outside of cell coverage. Additionally, very often it won’t connect over bluetooth. Very poor functioning app, which is especially a problem considering some functionality and adjustment of settings REQUIRES using the app.

An app for a product intended for emergency situations and quite possibly offline use requires an account. Further, some features (emergency charging) can only be activated via app to begin with. Genius!

the app store listing states "data not collected", but the app unnecessarily requires registration of a user account before you can connect a device, and the privacy policy lists all sorts of collected data

Jackery Smart Transfer Switch user here, the app allows to turn on and off circuit 1-12, and monitor their power consumption, very useful feature. However, once you enter the page of circuits, the numbers of power for each circuit won’t keep updating, you have to go back and reenter the page again to get them updated. Could you add the feature to keep updating the power consumption number of the circuits?

I attempt to make changes to my devices settings and they will not save. They just revert back to what they were before. I’m Unable to use the app to contact support. The app barely functions. I’m regretting going with Jackery. I have EcoFlow and that app works flawlessly. I may return the product for a refund.

The generator works well and I’m happy with it but this app is junk. It reads 42% battery regardless of what it actually is. Too bad they don’t have a rating of less than one star.

This app used to work just fine. Not exactly what changed but now it’s completely useless. The app does not display the correct information. Tried unbinding. Tried redownloading the app. Nothing. Every single time it shows battery at 93% with a 79w output. Always.
