I hate the new format. So many games that I liked are gone and the new format is aggravating. If you bet bigger amounts, the number of bonus games or free spins dramatically decreased if you bet the lowest amount, you win a lot more but it doesn’t help your team. It’s a no-win situation and I’m looking for other games to switch to.

I played this slot game only. I liked and only played the diner game you ruined it. Fine you wanted to upgrade why did you take the old games away. I guess I won’t be playing anymore. I’m not sure what you mean by look in the game about classic slots but from all the reviews I’ve read you upgrade has made a lot of people mad , all I want to know is if you are bringing back Real deal diner if not I don’t care what you have to say I just won’t use your game.

I have played this game for many years and really enjoyed it. But this latest update has sucked all the fun right out of my favorite app. The screen is cluttered with two many things! Now my daily spins gives me less coins! Also the first slot game I ever played and has remained my favorite is gone! I wish I knew how to get back to where I was before the update! I would prob pay money to go back because this was a go to game that was relaxing, fun, cool graphics, easy to navigate with lots of variety game! Now it is confusing, cluttered, and lacks the ease it once had! Just saying!

I played this game for years. I have zero interest in the new version. It was a fun app with minimal social interaction. Now, it’s like all the other annoying slot games, so deleted it.

Since their update it has been awful. They took away the best games, I lost all my stuff on the games you have to fill stuff on. It is horrible to navigate and the wins are even worse than before. So many people are upset with this latest update, it ruined the whole playing experience. People are leaving quickly, they are losing people faster than they can get new players. Their prices are going to be jacked up high soon and wins will be even less. Most people update to make improvements, these idiots updated to make it worse… who does that?

I have played this game every day for months. It was a great game UNTIL you did the upgrade. Now it doesn’t pay anything!!!! It’s a terrible game! No more ads for days in a row no high dollar free spins!! Spent millions on one game and when I did finally got a bonus out paid 1.5 million it cost me 100’s of millions to get it!! I wish you would have left v it alone!

I have played this casino app for around 15 years, from its inception. It was always the app that I kept even when deleting others. I’ve been playing with this new format for a couple of weeks now and am disappointed. I don’t want to join clubs or share wins or have “friends” within the app, and I absolutely don’t want to share on FB (my real friends aren’t interested in my casino app). Casino play is a solo game. I’m saying goodbye to this one.

I love the game “Real Meal Deal” and it upsets me that you would lock up this or any of these games for such long periods of time! They all should be available at any time a person finds the time to play! It takes a long time of playing to reach the levels that make them available again! I hate this new version of the games as there is no way to determine what you’re supposed to do and it just seems “helter-Skelter”! No way to determine which are free spins or paid ones! When I try to get back to one of the games I decided to play, it would not go back but all this other stuff would appear! Go back to the old system it was so much more fun!
