Jadens Printer

Idk why the reviews for this app are so low when I could get my shipping labels printed in less than a minute with this😭 I just ss the shipping label, upload it to files, and use it when it asks for an image/pdf 🤷‍♂️ quick and easy

Printer works amazing if you can get the labels to properly show printable on the app. 4x6 labels that a in that format are cut off and show mostly blank. I have to have the label in a printer paper size format and then crop the label in. Horrible app which makes the printer basically worthless.

They need to overhaul the awful interface, it’s cumbersome, out dated and not intuitive for new users to look for the most basic things. Please fix the app guys

App needs to be fully closed or the last print job reprints even if a new print job is displayed within the app. Consistent connectivity issues between the apps printer and devices. Occasionally skips pages during print process.

The printer works well but the app is terrible and potentially cost me thousands of dollars!! The printer doesn’t print the intended label but a previous duplicate label. Please fix this!!!!!!!

Anyone with issues using their Jadens Printer on this app, after speaking with Support, they told me to delete this app and download the shipping printer pro app in the App Store this should fix any of the issues you are having. I was having a horrible time for a long time using the Jadens Printer app, but when tech-support told me to use this new app, contacting Jaden themselves, all my issues were resolved.

Too much to go through to get it to print correctly

This was a cheap but essentially reliable app and printer until a few days ago. After the latest Shopify update is not recognized by Shopify at all.

I am unable to print from my phone due to recent IOS updates. I have to use my iPad that has not yet been updated to print my labels. Please make the necessary changes to the app so I can print from my phone!! Thank you!!

Will have to return. The app barely works. And after trying everything possible the printer would not print from multiple different MacBooks, although it is advertised that it works with Mac OS and iOS.
