It keeps on Auto Renewing. How to remove my credit card from it. No option at all. Since 3 years it keeps on taking money from my card. No contact at all. No one picking phone too. Please i dont want to use your subscription. Since 3 years my money gone. There is no option to remove my credit card. Very bad.

I recently noticed that the app has improved significantly. It now works very smoothly and includes many new content that previously didn’t, especially in the Afghan and Farsi packages. Good job!

After update it log me off and I can’t log in to box it says wrong email, but I can log in in their website but not on the box technical support doesn’t have a clue and cancel the chat after 15min waste my time. I had GL box before I gave it to my parents and just got this because of the price and I just found out why they are cheaper. Lots of issue whit this box totally not recommended. Don’t waste your money.

After new update why is it only showing 3 afghan channels with new update, where did all my other channels go. I regret buying your jadoo box :(
