Worse customer service
I subscribed to the epaper of Dainik Jagran, but despite my complaints regarding my inability to log in to my account the management has failed to do anything to resolve my problem.

Subscription paid, still not able to read e-newspaper
I have paid annual Subscription twice Rs 469/- but still it is not reflecting in my account and i am not able to read the e-newspaper
Zooming problem
Whenever i zoom the page automatically zoom out.

I have taken one year subscription.And now they are asking me to take subscription again and payment. I had raised complaint so many time but no proper response. Fraud people.
Regarding Epaper
Fonts are not much clear, while reading epaper I find them blur.
Maja nahi aaya
