My transfer limit is 500k but you restrict me to 20k It is very annoying

For about 2 years now I have been trying to use this app on my iPhone 7 then my iPhone 7 plus. But it failed to log me into the app! Kindly update this and allow us to use the app across the iOS uniformly. Thank you

Jaiz bank as been the best commercial bank to me as a Muslim, but the only issue I have is that in transaction of people that send money to me, I can’t see the sender name, only transactions reference number is showing! Please kindly replace the reference number with the sender name…

Almost every weekend I’m unable to login to app to do my usual transactions. This can be very frustrating. Kindly rectify this issue.

I want to log into my app with a new device and i click on forgot password so it asked for my full name and account number and it keeps saying Invalid Name and account number and the details are correct Help rectify it as it is needed urgently

Every time you attempt to confirm your Jaiz Bank Cheque using the module, it doesn’t go, kindly rectify

So disappointed. The app refused to open after updating on IPhone 6s. Do something to fix this please.
