Because you did not keep your app up to date I am in arrears paid £12 which I did not owe through my fault. It would be nice to have £12 back 😡 All is well Jaja you are forgiven we are back reading off the same page . Excellent service and thank you for the £12 refund 😀😀😀😀

This app / Jaja is not very good because 1) no Apple Pay / Apple Wallet integration 2) no auto link to my bank account to pay. Please see these features in Tsb app to compare yourselves to.

The updating of payments that I’m MAKING TO YOU has NOTHING to do with registering the CC. I’m making payments and it’s taking WAY TOO LONG for you to update the balance & my spending limit. I’m losing track of what purchases I’ve paid for and what I haven’t. SORT IT OUT

Very easy app to negotiate and do what I wanted to do! However… there are no “nicknames” available that even resemble my name!! Soo…

I like it when it was post office now it’s gone over to Java. The apps easy to used but I like going to pay at post office… I’m disappointed that I can not pay in post office any more and needs to pay online or by app… I like the payment into post office made it convenient. Please let’s us be able to pay it again back at post office our choice…

Navigation is easy. Can do most things I need to with the app.
