I use this app to make approvals, look up business contacts in CRM, view dashboard KPIs, and more. It’s nice to have access to the info I need on the fly.

When you add a second job to a day for time recording and then put hours on it, the app displays your hours on that job when you save. However, when you submit the time card it puts all of your previously recorded hours on new job! Twice now I have had to go through my company’s HR department to correct timesheets THAT WERE CORRECT WHEN I SUBMITTED THEM, but were not correct when they were approved. Weak tea, JAMIS Prime!

It’s pretty good for its purpose, but why doesn’t it give you the option to save your password or use Face ID?

Crashes, makes me reload profile, essentially worthless. If I had made this app, I would have been fired. Of course I wouldn’t have been paid anyway because I can’t log my time in the app

Not able to enter time sheet it says service error when I go to time sheet Error : service error 405 method not allowed

It’s nice being able to access and update my info on the app. Whenever there’s an issue, the Support team is just a phone call away minus the 10+ mins on hold.

Love that I have the option to submit my time card through the mobile app.

Very efficient & time saver

I can put my time in on the go! It is so efficient for me on the road

With this app, not only do I have access/insight into my contracts and customers on the road - but there’s really no reason to ever have a late time card.
