I’m facing two issues. 1. I upgraded to jam up pro but when I check it in amp section, those amps are still not available. And on the main screen it shows that it has been installed. 2. I cannot access the page from where I can download the presets made by other musicians, it shows it is facing network issues, I tried connecting it with other Wi-Fi as well, but still shows the same issue, kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you.
I have a problem with Acoustic presets sounds so bad pliz fix the bug.
I’m using it with a Steinberg UR22 MK II audio interface instead of one of those irig connectors. It sounds like a real amp. I’m even using it in studio sessions. Great job positive grid.
Well made, Fun to use and real good gear with great customizations, I love the way I can modify the setup. I also bought the metal expansion pack and am glad i did!

Can no longer use the app in garage band! doesn’t open, now I can’t record my music!
It was great for our family Violin fun and training, but it just stopped working, and does not play anything more. I tried support, nothing… tried in-install and re-install, nothing… tried turn on and off the cell phone, and nothing. I have an IPhone13 and sadly it’s not working I hope in some point they will solve this issue Ahhh, the paid version, didn’t work too, so I asked for refund, and I’m waiting for it Please, make it work again Thanks
Anyone know how to get the horrible static sound out of my headphones.
So I’ve just downloaded this app, and was excited to use the metal amps, like the loomis or even the orange amp and come to find out they aren’t available. Wether you have to actually BUY them or you have to do something to access them is beyond me. I’ve been fooled again by these mobile amplifier apps, it’s all a money hungry system. Even the preloaded presets sounded terrible. I’ll stick to my amp sims on my MacBook that I’m not forced to pay to play.
JamUp won’t recall my saved presets rendering JamUp useless to me. I’m trying to replace MainStage on my Mac and I thought JamUp/iPad might be the answer. Bummer
