If the items are sold out then don’t show in the list it seems like a fraud

I love Jarir shop but this app is crap

There is error on purchase and track order status. Need to rectify that. Even I received order and it still shows not delivered and shows multiple orders error.

If they don’t have stock even they show in offer which waste time to explore For each items you have to select city Why not at first they ask city and show only available stocks ? They also put contradictory statements saying not available online and at other end you can order online what is this ?

Every time you open the app, need to login each and every time. App doesn’t store or remember the login details. Issue noticed after recent update.

Jarir card functionality not at all works . And search is also very bad. It needs exact word and still it gives unexpected things

Once the app is closed in the background or left unopened for a day, you have to login manually everytime its opened again. Requires some reworking on auto logins.

Dear Development Team Discount card section is not working. Dates are not coming proper. City not available in search.

All titles and descriptions were in Arabic and I can’t able to understand. Yes I have changed my language to English but still many products and categories were only in Arabic.

It’s showing the items and categories Arabic only. Didn’t found option to change that.
