Payment method needs a bug fix

The base of the app works, but combining payment methods, ie. gift card & Apple Pay, does not work. Get an error message every time.

Recently redesigned- still needs major improvements

New app refresh was much needed but I would argue the new one is worse. Very hard to navigate and locate drinks since they seperate them in several different categories. Adding drink for mobile order is confusing to complete in the check out process. Multiple times I placed an order but the app didn’t go thru with submitting to the shop. App needs revamp and minimized for efficiency

I use it to just keep track of my points! Lol works good so far and I love the discounts when you get so many points.

Great coffee

Really great coffee, but… App lets you order coffee even when the store isn’t really open so you can buy coffee that you can’t pick up. Also I’ve only been twice at open, but neither time did they open. Waited about 20 min and left.

Best coffee I’ve ever had

This app makes ordering the best coffee in the whole world THAT much easier and exciting. Java House till I die
