I was experiencing the same issues of the app giving me a “ Network Error” message but I got the app to work again by unplugging the power source for 5-10 minutes and then plugging it back in. Might help some people.

After 2 weeks of this app all of a sudden not working, just as suddenly it’s working again. It would’ve be nice to get some response from customer service. I will say though that I’m hesitant to continue using these cameras. Who else is watching?!

Few days ago everything stopped working. Network exception. Why and how fix????

So now the app just says network error, or it just spins and never connects. Had to take cameras down and replace them. Guess got to stop buying cheap junk on Amazon.

I cannot get my webcam to even connect to Jawa. It just says network exception no matter what I do. Will not allow me to reset a password. Download, delete, try to start all over, reset button, nothing works.

May 2023 app server is down

Network exception error since May 23 makes the app unusable for everyone.

I got a notification on android. Now IPad doesn’t work either. Hello???

The camera I use is great. It has good quality and I never have issues. The app, however, is a different story. At least once a month it crashes and will not let me log in from any device, and it is near impossible to get any fixes since it hasn’t been updated for a year. It is pointless to even have a security camera if the app doesn’t work.
