Major concerns , game play review
I am a premium player been with Jawaker for over 8 years, as an organiser of completions I create competitions to get experience points for leveling up, I activates a booster which are valid for 12 hours to be able to get a maximum experience points from organising competitions. Now 95% of competitions players complain when they loose for no valid reason and then it get escalated to Jawaker team to be resolved, most of the time Jawaker does not attend to the competitions till the next day which can take up to 24 or 48 hours, by the time the competition is resolved, the booster time would have expired therefore i will only get the minimal points of the competition with out the booster. Now as a user I buy those boosters and it cost tokens to create competitions, nothing is free, Jawaker need to get their act together and sort this issue by giving the organisers their points immediately after the competition of the competition regardless if there is a complaint or not. The other thing is Jawaker need to sort out the amount of complaints, anyone can complain on Jawaker competition even if there is no valid reason to delay the prize process and yet they get away with it with no consequences. The other thing is users are creating so many accounts for the same person and playing with them, and that is either for cheating purposes or because low level accounts get better card and high chances of winning as Jawaker encourage new users by giving them better experience. The competitions need to be made for certain level to be a fair play and more enjoyable. For example Jawaker completions need to created with level divisions for players between the levels of 0-30 and other competitions between the levels 31-60 and competitions for players between the levels of 61-90 etc High level players can join the lower division competitions, but lower level players can not join the higher level competitions until they level. Now that is going to avoid all this users with several accounts trying to cheat, also avoid experience high level players partnering up automatically with some one that has no clue about the game. This way it can be fun and fair play for everyone, and it will force low level players to work hard to level up quicker.
