Can’t remote connect
Done everything I can to be able to remote connect from the app. Never works. It says I’m logged in but not connected. Been like this for 2 years…………

Read the other reviews. Downloaded. Cool, overcast day and I have my thermostat set where I want it— on heat at 68 degrees. Within an hour the app turned on the A/C twice, even though the screens on my phone and the base tablet still showed heat. Garbage. Jayco! Give the people who payed so much for your product something of value!
So far this app is useless, I would not buy another Rv with this setup.
1.9 rating wow you’re doing really good keep it up.😀😀😀😀
We full time in our Jayco with the BMPRO system, which we’ve had since March. At least twice a month I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to connect to the trailer. This is usually at a time I need to use the app to operate one of the systems (AC, slides, etc.). Totally unreliable system, the programmers at BMPRO should be ashamed of this product…
Please update app to clear notifications once follow-up has occurred. I continue to receive notices from past events due to full tanks, tire pressure. Even though neither issue is current.
Have used this for over 3 years no problems. Use it 50 miles away form trailer. All bad reviews probably come from 1st time RVer’s. They should just stay in a hotel
So our pad in the rig crapped out, under warranty thank goodness. The only way to work anything was this app. 120° in Palm Springs Cali, pad didn’t work but my app did.
This is like playing whack a mole on your phone. Buttons light up then go dark. Awnings are an exercise in frustration because they stop and start all the time. JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK app on tablet just closes or a force restart is needed. Jayco needs to step up and resolve these issues. If I could give negative stars I would. The app update that gives you tank level updates has significantly slowed the app down. Also if your going to implement that then put in accurate tank sensors.
As if the app wasn’t bad enough before, the latest update is even more laughable. Now the app sends notifications to your phone on tank levels, but only when you actually have the app open and connected (not in the background). That’s not particularly useful since if I have the app open, I can just look at my tank levels. However, when you have crappy tank sensors like many rv’s have your black tank is constantly reading full, you get an alert every time you open the app; also not particularly useful. Same thing happens when you have an empty fresh water tank, which is almost always empty when hooked to full hookups. I was standing at the dump station today, after dumping, and opened the app and it alerts that the black tank is full and the fresh tank is empty. Neither of which are useful notifications. It’s like the developers of this app have never actually used an rv.
