Me encanta el sonido realista que tiene la app. Sin embargo tiene unos detalles que no puedo pasar por alto ya que el precio es elevado. 1 Se cierra cuando llevas un rato usándola y eso en live show es un problema muy grande. 2 Es difícil la interacción con la interfaz si estás intentando algo simple como cerrar los hi hats o cambiar el estilo 3 El modo jam no es tan preciso, uno tiene que adecuar con mucha antelación cada movimiento Si lo que buscas es practicar o grabar con extrema paciencia, funciona muy bien. NO lo recomiendo para usar en vivo

The grooves are quite realistic and I love the algorithm for the fills. I am practicing more and learning thanks to this fantastic application. Is a must have in your arsenal. I have my own jazz trio as a keyboard player. Bass left hand piano right hand and drums left foot. ( you can map this app to a Bluetooth midi controller )

I use Jazz drummer the least as I’m more into other genres but it’s a great tool to have when we have guest singers join up live singing jazz standards or if I’m subbing in with local jazz performers in small duo or trio gigs. Map out the foot controller options and it’s just so intuitive and feels as about as close as you can get to working w a real drummer who is in fact a robot. Lumbeat, make an Americana drummer app for classic country, folk, and modern singer/songwriter and Americana tunes AND country. I would pay double price for that, it’s exactly what I need!!

This app is the real deal! It beats jamming to loops because in most cases the loops are static, like 4 or 8 measures that repeat over an over, so after a couple of minutes it starts feeling monotonous. Even great sounding and groovy apps like Drum Genius. Jazz Drummer has an algorithm that keeps coming up with slight variations, so it feels very spontaneous and fresh. It also has this awesome feature that lets you arrange patterns in a given order to be put in “song form” which you can then export in both MIDI and audio formats and share them or even import them into your DAW and put in a track and record other instruments. I’ve tried many drum apps and this is no doubt my absolute favorite.
