Unreliable App Design
This is the kind of app that lacks the normal interface of what every business app should have. First of all, the app doesn’t let you sign up and only users that has an account can sign in meaning that new users can’t use this app and must use their browser instead. Very unreliable and disappointing. The wording of the interface such as when it says create your username, it looks like a sign up option but when I clicked on it I couldn’t create an account. This would confuse a lot of users and I would not recommend this app to anyone that is new to this app. Fix the interface and make an option for a sign up and don’t just restrict it to users who have a paid account.
