It’s necessary to verify the account via email and SMS in order to use the service. SMS verification code has never arrived after many urges. Zero usability.

Being an unlawful monopoly for a whole country they couldn’t even develop an app. This is just a webview with their rubbish website inside

Despite enabling face id its still needing email and password….. otherwise it’s not too bad . It’s a shame such a big company like JCC doesn’t have a fully functioning app .

Not only does the website not work neither does the app. I can’t understand why the Cypriot police would use this at all.

Get it sorted! Doesn’t work!

Sadly I can’t read Greek, so this app is useless.

This App provides no opportunity to use in English. Available only in Greek. Unable to use.

Not so smart app. I have enabled the biometric login. Naturally this will allow me to use the app without further login. Still I have to enter my credentials. I hope the developer reads this and yes it’s very very inconvenient app.
