Even though you put in the correct information, it is wrong 100% of the time
You would figure the electrical company that owns this app would make it easier for users to use the service. However, that is not the case I entered my account number and my meter number and it said it was wrong every time, even though I’m looking at the bill right in front of my face. But then when you call the number and ask you to call who in their right mind wants to wait over an hour every day just to talk to somebody about why they can’t connect their account to an app on their phone to make everything easier. Save your time do not download this app. They do not answer your call and your login information is going to be wrong every time even though you put it in correctly.
