Great concept but a translator is not always responsive and there’s no backup or IT support when you need assistance most. Emails and calls go unanswered and why do you have to sign a contract if you use the pay by use option. I love the service but I’ve been emailing g and calling for months to sign the documents again to release services and no response

I’m only using the interpreter version, here are some of my suggestions: 1. Transparent rating, we would like to see our overall rating, it doesn’t have to be individual rating, we just want to know our average rating. I want to know if my service satisfied their needs. 2. Dark mode, please add a dark mode feature. 3. Build an Interpreter community, where we can chat together or making posts, just to feel like we are in a community helping out each other. I can only think of three for now, hope to see you guys become more popular!

I spent lots of time to sing up for Jeenie as a Georgian Interpreter. But it is not working for me and generally it is not working properly. I waisted my time sending them my credentials and so on. I’m very disappointed.

Latest update was 3 days ago. Latest review is at least a year old - this is what I get after registering - a blank white (all lit) screen. This is also on the iPad app. Wrote an email. Sent a big report from the app (that worked) with a screen shot. So far NOTHING - no response

My first experience with Jeenie’s app. I think it is a wonderful help for service that what I need help with ASL communication. 😊

So easy to use anytime anywhere. Used in all sorts of situations - traveling, doctors’ visits, business communication, emergency situations, etc. I’ll never leave home without Jennie again!

I created an account and now it’s been sitting on the “How can I help you page” nothing is changing just blank and I can’t click continue...

This past December, I went on a trip to China, and this app really helped me out. After struggling through some feeble google translate attempts, I connected to Jeenie for those moments when I NEEDED to be understood (hotel reservations, flights etc). Having the knowledge that with one click I could once again seamlessly understand and communicate in the situation was an enormously relief and extremely comforting in an unfamiliar environment. The linguists on the calls were competent and helped me resolve sticky situations (like to fix a mess up my hotels reservation date immediately).I definitely will keep Jeenie in my back pocket for my next travels.

It’s super easy to use, having a mobile interpreter makes traveling a lot easier!! Definitely will keep using!
