App isn’t consistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Haven’t been able to use it in weeks.

Like another reviewer observed, the app is too limited. I should be able to adjust temp controls for remote start. Kia’s Connect app is fantastic and does a much better job. For the price of the Jeep Connect service, and the vehicle, this should be something that can be fixed.

This app really only tells you what your vehicle window sticker would tell you. There’s no useful information on here. The warranty info isn’t even up to date info. The Mopar app was by far a better working, up to date, useful app for your vehicle. You could find recall information and everything else helpful on the Mopar app….Why it was made obsolete is beyond me. Maybe it worked too well for Mopar owners

The app works ok if the dealer is entering data. If I try to enter data, it does not allow the correct date of the service (only allows 2022, not 2023). I need to maintain records for warranty and this app does not work for this.

This new app will not accept my 2020 Jeep Gladiator vin number, it worked fine on the old app. When will this be fixed?

Shortly put, the app is inconsistent. I have to enable face detection every few days. It goes away by itself, and that’s frustrating and inconvenient. UConnect app was soooo much better. Please fix the glitches. I can’t imagine that for people who work on apps that it really has to be that hard…

App fails to even the most mundane tasks, that it says it does. Remote Start - Fuggedaboutit. If it can not do the stuff it says it can, how can I expect to trust it.

Was working for 6 month but with latest release I lost my garage registered vehicle and can not add it anymore - it can find Jeep by Vin but it saying: this vehicle can not be added to your account - though on the web mopar.com all is well ... on my wife phone - same story...

Scheduled a service appointment through the app. Showed up as confirmed in the app. However, when we went to check in at the dealership, they had no record of the appointment. They kindly fit us in anyway, but said that for the past 3-4 days, they've had several people coming in who made appointments on the app that were never sent to the dealer. Makes it tough for dealers and consumers...

The app could be way more useful. The information provided is limited and it would be great to see more diagnostic information. I would also love to get notifications if I haven’t locked my car after I’ve parked. And being able to lock, unlock and start the car from a widget instead of opening the app every time would make it worth the subscription price
