Very unhappy

Essentially got tricked into buying the subscription; when I tried cancelling out of the options for payment (the App Store profile says there is a free option), I couldn’t access a single thing, so I chose the subscription thinking it would be an ‘after week free’ type thing, but no, was charged immediately. Further to that, I put in my profile details as being an experienced gym user with a goal of building strength. Why then do I get given a 28 day shred program for beginners? Maybe it’s because you insisted on taking my BMI, told me I’m overweight, then forced me to indicate what my goal weight was. There is NO reason to do this when I never had a weight loss goal, plus forcing people to focus on weight is perpetuating negative body image ideals. Not to mention that BMI is now recognised as being an inaccurate measure of health. Overall, incredibly unhappy and want my money back.

Some exercises missing

The app is actually pretty good, I have just had trouble with a few exercises that I couldn’t find and it is also not easy to add your own

Best app out there

Can’t believe how much you get for free. Been a user since the start and the app keeps getting better and better. Highly recommended!

So frustrating audio prompts

Oh my goodness so annoying! They added a computer voice, like worse than ET, and you can’t turn it off in the app!!! So every set this voice tells you how many reps you should do next…. I think it’s ruined the app

Absolute waste of money

One of the worst purchases I’ve made, it doesn’t save your last workout weights, it doesn’t update anything, it is really bad and the worst part I was stupidly bought 12 months plan

Crazy good

Keeps you consistent. Massive range of exercises and timer helps also.

Fantastic fitness app easy to use, really detailed. Highly recommend it.

JEF-IT IS!

I have tried a few other workout apps and I always come back to JEFIT. Easy to navigate, great selection of work outs, and accountability. I wish there were training menus to assist, but that’s something I can find elsewhere. Overall, great training app.

The best fitness app!

I love this app so much, you have the choice to pay for a tailored program which is decently priced, or create your own! This app has got me loving the gym again, spending more time in the gym and actually getting results

Fantastic app

I love this app. It’s easy to use, stores all your workout data, has timers for rest periods and intervals. Great exercise library to create your own workouts or use the apps.
