Constantly disconnecting. Lights constantly have issues. In the 4 years I’ve had JellyFish lights I haven’t gone 30 days without lights going out or the app or controller having an issue.

We would like to he able to customize more patterns and save them. Also, I want to be able to change/control lights when I’m not home. The lights are lovely, but I want more control when not at home.

Updated to Jelly Fish based on the promise of an updated controller that would provide the ability to customize lights and create new color schemes. Paid a good amount. Ideas are all great but the customer support and company follow through is horrible. Programmer is rude. In response to an email sent asking why we didn’t receive the promised updated beta app to control the lights, I was questioned why I wanted a more difficult app. My response was, “because it’s what we were promised at purchase.” Not a single response was given. Great lights and potential but very unhappy with the company and their communication and follow through.

Been waiting for months for promised improvements, but they never seem to come. This app is barebones. It works, but it’s ugly, inefficient, and limited. A little investment here could go a long way.

The lights themselves are great. Installers were good. The App is very limited and counter intuitive. Can't select which lights are used, can't program colors/patterns beyond the canned options. Dev needs to take a close look at state-of-the-art lighting Apps and start over. Cannot recommend this system until this happens.

The lights themselves look amazing. The app is pretty limited. I can’t set up my own lighting program for example to turn on just the right white lights for security lighting. The provided programs are pretty good for lots of holidays though. The app does not look or feel like any other app, but it gets the job done well enough after some training on how to use it.

I really like the app. I love how you can change the brightness, change how quick the colors change, and even change to different shades of the colors within programs. Awesome company! I even met the owner and he was a really nice person

I guess as lighting apps go, it’s ok, but I thought we could create lighting sequences, deject a specific light, adjust color, etc. needs some serious work.

Wish this was more similar to the Trimlight app. Wish we could create custom setting, and save adjustments. Would love to create my own solid color pattern. Example. 2 green 2 red 2 white and then repeat for a Christmas setting. I don’t like needing to memorize a setting number for a holiday. Let me name settings. I can adjust my white lights to match my exterior lights. But once it turned off I have to match it again the next night. It won’t save my adjustment. Would also like to use the app of the controller while not on the same WiFi, so I can adjust when away from home. The lights look great. The app is very bad. That’s why 4 stars.

Love the produce and the app. Works as advertised. Definitely not complicated. However needs and update and ability to add custom schemes. Let me add multiple combinations of colors and patterns similar to Liftx or Hue. That’s the only reason for 4 stars.
