Ini menyebabkan pengguna perlu pergi ke website2 telko lain dan amat menyukarkan pengguna untuk membuat pembandinga. Harap pihak MCMC tolong la, kemas kini data terbaru. Tolong la MCMC.

Sekadar aplikasi sampah yang tiada fungsi untuk tindakan yang seterusnya. Bila buat report tiada tindakan, hanya sekadar email yang bertulis yang di hantar dan tutup kes begitu saja. Jadi buang masa buat apps tetapi tiada tindakan.

I can safely say with utter confidence that this is probably the trashiest app ever developed. Its designed to get people to report issues on internet connectivity but it always give problems like “ Tidak dapat hantar maklum balas anda. sila Cuba sekali lagi” FGS tell us what went wrong!!! That is simple app UX you cant even do that? And how am I supposed to report if I get this message all the time? Did you guys hire peanut programmers again?? What a bunch of baboons. also use my current location rarely works. i have to mash the buttons like 1 million times until it works. Again why do you even bother with this garbage

Tak tepat langsung untuk service provider and telco information. Developer pemalas

No Allo City Broadband. This app just run as middle people transfer the messenger to service provider not take action against them. Please add own in app speed testing instead of Speedtest from Ookla.

Please make it easier for end-user to report poor reception. They should be able to submit location details, GPS data and Speedtest screenshot in the absolute minimum number of clicks. Reception report should also include 3G & 4G, this is not very clear currently. It is written as 2G…?? Lastly, please consider engaging a UI/UX expert, the entire app can benefit from better design and performance
