Stumbled upon this boutique a few years ago and they have such cute clothing, but you order and it takes MONTHS to arrive, OR they send the incorrect item and then no longer have the item you ordered.
I’m updating my review from 3 stars to 1 star as they continue to have the same issues for far too long. The app is functional and makes shopping easy, but the company itself is not worth the download. Jenny Boston used to be a great boutique with quick shipping, but it’s gone down hill. Now shipping takes 6 weeks or more. And they only refund you if you ask for one. Otherwise you’re left in limbo. They said they’re having warehouse issues and are committed to resolving them, but it’s been a couple of years and nothing has changed so I stopped shopping with them. Slowest shipping I’ve ever seen from a US company, yet they continue to have live shows everyday selling clothes and taking people’s money. They should really take a pause and sort out their shipping issues first. At this point, I’m surprised they’re still allowed to operate.
I don’t know what is going on with JB’s shipping but still haven’t received items I ordered back in July. I loved watching the nightly videos and ordering clothes but have now deleted the app and will no longer shop with them after getting no response on my items.
I love their clothes, however, it takes about a month to get your order which is ridiculous. I had to stop ordering. Decided to try again and after 11 days my order still has not even shipped. I need to find a boutique with better customer service
Done with JB. If you want to be charged and then wait at least a month for your purchase…NOPE! Company not run well at all!

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years and really like the app and ease of doing business. The live shows are great and give you an idea of how the clothes move and fit. Overall I’ve been happy with my purchases. My issue though is the shipping, which has gotten worse over time. They say shipping takes a week or two at most, but it actually takes a month or more to receive the items. I use other online boutiques and always receive my orders within a week. So I wonder if most of these items on JB are actually pre-orders that they’re still waiting on. If that’s the case, they should tell us. Another boutique sells pre-orders, but they provide an estimated ship-out date, which lets us know that it’ll ship out later. Then we can decide whether we can wait on it or not. I still like JB clothes, but unfortunately because of the shipping delays I’m buying far less than I used to. And if I do buy something I know it has to be something I don’t intend to wear any time soon.
I am a big supporter and customer of Jenny Boston. Lately, products are taking weeks to receive after purchase and sometimes you get told two weeks later there was not enough stock so they do credit you. I guess my gripe is if a client buys something for the season it should get to us before the season is over! Can you please work on shorter wait time?
I have been ordering from JB for a couple of years and have loved most everything that I have bought. Two things that need to be addressed. First, there shipping is sketchy and I have had at least 2 orders that I never received and they don’t really care. Second, customer service is terrible. I received a partial order last Thursday or Friday and the invoice is stamped that not all of my items were shipped together. When I look at the tracking number it says that it was delivered. They only gave me the one tracking order and since they don’t want to respond to my email I have NO way of knowing if and when the other items are going to arrive(I’m guessing they will never show up). I placed this order on January 12th and we are now in February and my order hasn’t arrived. Another order for 2 tank tops that I ordered a few days later just arrived today. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to respond to an email and look into my order. Why stamp on the invoice that the rest is coming later if it’s not ever going to show up? They will probably tell me to contact my post office blah, blah, blah. No…..fix my order, get me my hoodies, or refund my money. I used Sezzle, so they’ve already received 2 payments and possibly 3. Beware…..if you don’t mind waiting forever for your clothing or you might not ever receive it then keep ordering from them. They do not care if they lose you as a customer!!
They tend to make clothing appear to fit so there is a lot of returns. And if you don’t return them to them within 14 days they don’t want to take them. I mean most places allow 30 days. No their 14 days is strict. Also they will hold them first weeks after you purchase them before shipping them. The clothing is not what it appears. They have several models different tallness. However they won’t tell you length of clothing. So you don’t know until you get them. The jewelry is super cheap and nothing will appear on you the way the do on the model. I have purchased a lot of clothing and then returned it. Only to be dissatisfied. If your not tiny be careful about how things appear to fit.
