One of the only apps that can really integrate, your own well being and lifestyle to grow a real understanding of self and confidence. Equally leading to a community that relate and connect on the same plane, to really create a sense of growth and self development with others thinking how and doing to become the best person they can be while helping others to do the same .

I rarely pay attention to my emotions. This app helps by making me concentrate on what I am actually feeling and enables me to give some thought as to why I feel as I do.

Such a useful app
Jesey has really helped me to locate the feeling that I’m having on any given day and why. The mood tracking also puts it into perspective for me and has helped me to see that some days are better than others
