Great app with one request
The layout of the app is great and appreciate that it is well organized with the ability to save my favorites. I would love it, if when looking at the entire monthly calendar, that there would be the name and description of the day’s workouts. The way it is on the website. I still toggle between the two. Thanks!
Fantastic Instructor!
So grateful for Jessica’s knowledgeable instruction, both as a physical therapist and Pilates instructor! She explains each movement, and offers alternative exercises, to prevent injury, encouraging us with each step! Jessica is ‘real’ with her audience; it is evident that she cares about people by the way she shares her personal life experiences and offers guidance in order to help each of us maneuver through similar life challenges.

Motivating, Flexible, and Fun
Whatever my mood, available time, and goals on a given day, I can find a workout that meets my needs. I wasn’t sure if videos would keep me engaged, but I’ve found that I love them and the online community available to unlimited subscribers. Plus, Jessica is really encouraging and her approach is so accessible. I feel great and look forward to my daily workout. Love the app!
Best Investment In Me.
Jessica’s program has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Her workouts have increased my strength, balance, flexibility, and maneuverability 100 percent. I’m 53 and don’t think twice about getting down on the floor anymore. I can easily pop back up with out knee pain or twinges. Running was getting too hard on my body and I knew having gone through menopause I needed to increase my strength. I work and don’t have loads of time. Her workouts are comprehensive but don’t require a lot of time. It took me a while to get out of the mentality that you had to spend an hour a day to get results. Jessica’s workouts work all parts of the body in a controlled fashion so you get A
LOT of bang for your buck. Her PT background is invaluable. She is always positive and “real”.
Her program helps the physical as well as the mental. I’m a much calmer, stress-free, person since starting her program 6 months ago.

The app is user friendly and wonderful. I can use it at work when I need a 5 minute pick me up. The workout library is EXTENSIVE. I had shoulder pain the other day—found a 15 minute shoulder pain work out and no more pain!!!

I love the ease and portability of this app! I can download works at anytime and anywhere. The options from beginner to advance are great to have as well as workouts that are 5 minutes all the way to 40 minutes. Something for every- body

Great Instruction, Great App
Jessica is a wonderful instructor, combining years of experience as a Pilates teacher and as a physical therapist. She really knows her stuff and had a lot to impart. The app makes her workouts that much more accessible. It's a great addition.
Love the app and the program
I love the Pilates instruction from Jessica, so detailed with cues to help with form. I also like that there are weight workouts and a variety in addition to just Pilates. The big bonus is that Jessica is a Physical Therapist so she offers so much extra information and direction for specific issues like hip/knee pain. She has really helped me! The app is gorgeous and so much more convenient than the web browser. I’ve joined other exercise programs but this is a keeper for me. Love it and highly recommend this program.

I’ve been a member of unlimited for about 6 months, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I’m regaining strength and flexibility, I’m even firming up my saddlebags at age 59! I’m really impressed with this app, especially the calendar feature which makes it easy to see which workouts I’ve done, and choose to follow the monthly calendar or swap out another workout that’s a better fit for me that day.
