I have tried to pull giveaway data from imported IG post links and it never shows. There is a message that says “The results will be ready max. in 30 min!” However, it’s been 4+ weeks for one and 2 months for another and it’s still not there! When you click check now or start giveaway it tells you the system is “still processing”. Do not give them your money!
Have tried to run multiple giveaways on this app. I was really excited for all the features that they offer as no other giveaway app I have come across offers anything but selecting random comments, where this app gives options for all kinds of entries. -however, the app never worked correctly for me. “Zero” participants in all my giveaways while there was hundreds of actual entries. Email responses are extremely slow, not fast enough to complete a successful giveaway if you are having issues, which you will. ALSO, the help screen is white text over a white background, you can’t see or read anything. Nice touch there.
I used this app a few months back to do a giveaway and it worked great. The second time it wouldn’t work so I paid for it and then me and someone I suggested the app to, got logged out of our account and can’t get back in. This caused many issues for both of us and lots of tears….
I had no problem at all with Prizensta. If there is a problem they solve it quickly.

It is great to get a giveaway caption. I just simply copy and paste it to my Instagram post. Then all my followers do the rest. So easy to host an Instagram giveaway!
So I set up my contest, copy and pasted my rules. Clicked to save my rules but when I exit the app and go back into it the rules go back to the default. I have no idea if the app is working properly. Keep getting notifications but don’t know what they are for.... just not too sure about this app and will probably cancel my subscription and go with something different
