jetAudio Hi-Res Music Player

Formerly Great music app, used to be very nice but the current very intrusive full screen blocking ads are so intrusive and annoying.. Next to that the type of cookie consent used is the most annoying one you see on the internet too, with basically no other option than to accept it all…with all the separate vendors having the ‘Legitimate interest’ option button. The list of these vendors is endless so when you want to uncheck them they annoy you to the max to make you never look at unchecking them all… So when I consent via manage options and uncheck all the legitimate interest buttons the app then gives an error and starts over again with the consent/manage cookie wall again… so basically there is no manage option and all the advertising practices are pushed down your throat, if you want it or not. Shady… Avoid. Uninstalled!

JetAudio is by far the best music player for iOS. I’m especially happy with the ability to stream music from a network drive, even save it locally, but also the fade out mechanics of this app. It does this last bit so well, no app competes. One thing I wish to see implemented in a future release is the ability to plug a bandcamp account and play its content through JetAudio, or perhaps download it directly from bandcamp to JetAudio. I’m not sure if that is possible, but if it is that be totally awesome. Great app, great features.

De app gekocht en alsnog kom ik niet van de reclame af vervelend.

Great fan of JetAudio but since IOS 17 it is unusable because it crashes directly when i start the app. Please fix the problem?! Edit: removed the app and reinstalled it, now it works as it should 😃

Crashes since the updates of today, right after I purchased “no ads”😩

Audio Player met heel wat meer mogelijkheden dan de doorsnee App. Superieure output filters (in-App aankopen) bieden de mogelijkheid ‘t geluid af te stemmen op je eigen speakers of hoofdtelefoon. En als die van topkwaliteit zijn, is dit de app om echt het onderste uit de kan te halen. Ook super is de mogelijkheid om van buitenaf, via WiFi en de browser van je computer, muziek toe te voegen in folders, zonder gedoe met iTunes. Aanrader.

Starts exactly once. After that every launch means a crash. Only solution: delete the app then reinstall, then you can start it again just one more time, every succeeding start means a crash… iPhone 6Plus, 9.2

Very very good

Seeing a last.fm scrobbler support or having the option to scribble plays for Last.fm would be nice. This feature would permanently win me over Apple Music/iTunes.

I like the app, I moved from iTunes cause iTunes kept randomly deleting songs from my playlist. It’s great at hanging a giant playlist, and the audio is great. I wish it had a feature to tell you if a song is already in your playlist, and I’d love to be able to scrobble my music to put through last.fm, but other than that, I’m happy enough
