I really like playing this game but my opponent always gets to go first and I don’t think that’s fair. The opponent always gets the upper hand because they always gets to go first. Someone really needs to fix this.

Game Problems
Not a fair game they know they have issues but ignore them it’s not fair to everyone else playing the game , I also purchased your daily special among other booster I did not get what I paid for and I tried contacting you guys no response the game would be good if it was fair the timer is off other player play for longer than they should it’s been complaints and if you guys look at what the people telling you but I guess all you want is the money we put into it

Great game. Played for 3 months. An update came out and now it won’t let me play without my billing information? SMH

This game use to be so player friendly now it’s just another rip off of match masters a crappy pay to win spin off I use to play and choose jewel friends over any match 3pvp because u was able to easily access rewards and boosters in the earlier versions starting out. I use to smile and laugh while playing this game now I just hate it so much so until changes start being made where u can start back easily earning boosters back again I won’t be downloading it ever again no one is not paying no 7500 to buy only 3 trash boosters just for u to not only lose ur hard earned coins but ur boosters at that wen u lose a match that’s no win win at all might as be called jewel masters the way it’s made just like match master’s now or trash friends I’ll definitely NEVER recommend NO ONE TO THIS GAME PLEASE SAVE URSELF THE HEADACHES AND A WASTE OF TIME please

What’s with your bizarre commercial?
Customer service will not honor game glitches
I enjoyed this game until I won via technical win but did not recieve the prize. I have spent days going back and forth with the most unprofessional customer service representative who has been trying to explain why I didn't get the prize. I have never had an issue getting the game prize after a technical win before. I'm not sure if they're aware of how their own game works.
Playing with friends
I really like this game but I wish you could battle your friends and in my opinion it would make the game more fun.
