Freezing & jumping
I am having lots of issues when watching JM on this app. The problems are with it freezing & jumping this makes it difficult when you are wanting to watch demos. ☹️

I am having lots of issues when watching JM on this app. The problems are with it freezing & jumping this makes it difficult when you are wanting to watch demos. ☹️
I was an avid watcher on virgin media, but they are not on it anymore, so I try to watch on the app. At 3.15 this afternoon it is still playing the morning show. Even when it’s playing the right show it keeps jumping backwards a few seconds which is really annoying especially when a demo is on. The products available are often from the day before, you have to go in and out of the app three or four times before they refresh. You have to sign back in after buying if you pay with PayPal, it’s a nightmare so I haven’t purchased anything from them in ages. I used the desktop version to treat myself today. It’s really affected what I purchase and watch, if the app was better I’d use it more but I hate it.
I have watched JM for many years via the app on my iphone but recently the quality of the streaming has been awful: loss of focus, freezing both via internet and 4G. This is also happening on the website! With JM not on Virgin anymore this is the only way I can watch the shows. All my iphone updates have been uploaded with the last one being 15.3. Please can these bugs be fixed. Thanks
This was a great app, easy to use, everything easy to see and access from the live tv page. Now I have to leave the TV view to get details of the items, and try to find photos, which I can no longer get close up views of. I’ve stopped using it now, therefore no longer buying. I used to be a regular customer, buying something most weeks, often over a hundred pounds worth. I imagine your client is less than happy with making less money from sales through the app. JM will be getting a copy of this review directly from me. App developer has ruined my hobby/pin money maker. Why tinker with something that worked perfectly, you “improved” it worse.
I really like Jewellery Maker, however the apps and the website need to be coordinated. The prices don’t match for a while after they have been shown. I’ve stopped buying at the moment as the pictures no longer show. Also the internet does not work on any platform. I suspect this problem is unique to Apple users. A very nice young man tried to sort it but it’s just the same. This means I can’t check anything and yo7 are just working in the dark.
I love jewellery maker and have watched the show & ordered through the website for a few years but have only recently started using the app. You can’t order the printed authenticity certificates when ordering gemstones which I think is very important. You also can’t add any items which aren’t on the show but are available through the website, such as earring findings or threading materials so need to load up the website to add these to your order... no real benefit to having the app, just use the website on your phone/iPad.
I have been with JM since they started and have so much stuff mainly from the early years have to say miss those times getting a bit much as I’m getting older but still watch yous. K 5/2020.
Great company and great presenters but app is very cumbersome & not user friendly. Does not give me workshop details. At times have been disappointed with size of gems when they arrive. Appear much bigger on the screen.

This app is good if you want to watch the t v show. However if one likes to look into products and make a choice then it becomes difficult . When I choose an item and would like to go back to the list the app will put me back again to the beginning which is very annoying and it will put me off purchase. I think JM need to review their app to make it easier for people to browse and choose the required item.
