The most recent updates have made the game slow to load and refresh after challenges and it freezes and crashes way too often. Please fix the bugs, it’s getting much too frustrating to keep logging in again and again and again and again every game session. Jewels of Rome is the same.

I’m done with this game. They claim they made changes to improve the game but that is not the case. Challenges are much more difficult to get through, you can’t buy much with the coins, i.e. dice or chalice cup. They took away progressive bundles of tools; now only one option available. I have thousands of items collected through the sailing contracts and never get to improve the buildings. I went through over 1600 energy points and won maybe 5 challenges, and that was with assistance of tools. Pop-ups constantly wanting you to purchase items. Prices have increased ridiculously. Your game is horrible and I’m done. I hope others eventually quit, then maybe they’ll undo these ridiculous changes.

It’s actually very sad how much the game has changed since I started playing it. There was always new events and now they’re all repeat events. Up until this week you can buy tools and quantities to save money and now they’ve ruined the shop by only allowing us to buy three at a time at the regular cost no discount???? What is that all about? It’s absolutely ludicrous! I am so sorry I bought diamonds. I will not do that again! If the shop is fixed I will consider it a right now my plan is to quit this game after I run out of my diamonds. Customer service is terrible too because you tell them a problem they tell you to send pictures. How can you send pictures of the game freezing up other than it being frozen? The reason the game is freezing so much is because of all of the endgame advertisements! It says that you’re not online but what it really is is that the advertisements take up so much space there if you’re playing on an iPad like myself it just freezes up. I’ve complained about losing power ups and tools and other things and I never get a credit. Again, this game used to be really good! It is not now! If I wasn’t on the team/union, I would’ve quite a long time ago.

This game keeps you interested and on track to keep going through your levels!

Why in the world would you take away the bulk purchase of tools???? I hope it was an accident and it will be restored!

I used to love this game the last 4 days it won't work and closes on its own! If it continues to crash I will uninstall it!

Last upgrade resulted in MARKED increase in prices for purchasing tools and took away the option of getting better value if you bought in quantity…why??? I never minded spending money for jewels occasionally but now the tools are so expensive that I won’t be spending any more money in your game until the prices become more reasonable again and the option of getting better value for purchasing quantity is restored. JUST PAIN GREEDY!!

I'm disappointed that the game has removed the ability to buy 100 hammers at a time. The greed factor is starting to creep into the game and it's destroying my enjoyment of playing this game.

My friend teases me when I play this (often) that I’m playing “The Losers Game” because it’s rigged to make you lose. Over and over, the only way to win levels is to use crystals (5 more moves takes sandals, which cost 5 crystals, and buying 5 crystals costs about 50 cents, 7 crystals for 5 more moves is another 70 cents! Per level! And levels only last 3 or 4 minutes!). To be fair, some levels are winnable after a try or two without buying help. And eventually, EVENTUALLY, the algorithm will deliver suddenly better pieces, and an impossible level becomes easily winnable. Well, I refuse to spend 50 cents or $1.20 on a 3-4 minute level, so I just keep trying, over and over, literally — bottom line, it’s still fun, if you can laugh at yourself for playing a rigged-to-lose game.
