JG by Justin Gelband is a platform that offers each and every individual the opportunity to understand how their body works best for them through their own body, body type and lifestyle!
We will offer each and every individual the opportunity to reach their own specific body goals through movement, motion, mobility, stability, balance, functional training, stretching, spirituality, and sports related activities!
Each individual will be taught how to apply movement specifically to their everyday lifestyles and agendas so that they can get the most out of themselves by understanding who they are, how their body functions and how their brain & bodies connect through the movements that are applied!
The moto is “Be the best that you can be with the body you have been given because every body is different and Everybody is different so what’s good for one isn’t necessarily good for the next!
Being the best you and understanding you is the key to your success! Building your foundation to your own body will allow you to perform various types of movements that relate specifically to you and the stronger and more aware you become with yourself the more you will be able to accomplish!
Exercise can be universal when each individual can feel the movements they perform and we have the solutions and the antedates make you your best!
WHAT YOU WILL FIND:
Home: when you get to the App we will have a cockpit of what you can do. Highlights of news, content recommendations, habits and routines for you Be the best You.
Lives: every week our premium user will have 3 to 5 Lives Classes with Justin Gelband. You can work on space in your schedule!
Exercises: On-demand workouts for all types of people. Who is starting, who already exercises, who knows my method…. Every month we will release new content.
Learn: explainer videos, tips, interviews, podcasts, a lot of special and free content for you to be part in our community.
Special features: offline workouts to accompany you anywhere, air play and chromecast for you to train using your Smart TV, and special analysis of your workouts and movements to help you achieve the best results.
