Beschreibung

The JHWC app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from JHWC. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a JHWC patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with JHWC in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories, expended and other parameters directly with the JHWC app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for JHWC patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. JHWC uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.

This is a great app! It helps me track the foods I eat and I especially enjoy being able to see my progression over the weeks with my food, water intake and also my weight journey. The provider responds quickly with any questions you may have and it’s an easy way to speak with him! There are daily recipes available along with daily goals and tips!
