It doesn’t work, first cast cast cast isn’t any clear instruction

Charged me anyway after I cancelled trial way before end date. Then I tried to delete but can’t as need to turn off auto monthly renewal. No option to do this in app. Go to both website Apple account, iPhone Apple settings subroutine, and Apple App Store app and all show cancelled. So I can’t remove jib jab profile or go to a jib jab account to turn off or delete. So annoying and very dodgy. Had to report to Apple for refund and to report scam, and inability to remove my $ card, my account, or turn off subscription that I didn’t even continue in with.

This is so much fun even for a 68 year old, people that I send to it brings a smile to their face, I love it and I don’t think the yearly subscription is expensive. I have paid for a second subscription as I love it and the friends I send too think so too. Good Value and Fun! P.S. I am now 70 and I have subscribed again as these jibjab videos bring a lot of joy to so many people, it's fun and not at all expensive. Best of all your friends think you are so clever. 😀

I’ve been using the app for years and friends and family love them. A few suggestions: Need content related to user’s country of origin, I am in Australia and most items are USA oriented. New content needs to be more constant. I’m starting to run out of appropriate birthday material. Some big birthday oriented content, 50, 60, 70, 16, 18, 21, would be awesome. I will happily continue to use the app with these changes for decades to come. I think these are better than physical cards and far better for the environment.

Very Funny. Videos For Every holiday

I liked the app but there are a bunch of problems. First off, there are WAY TOO MANY ADS. And secondly, there are some difficult copyright issues in the app, that I don’t really like. But it is a great app for laughter, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and Easter. But please!!! I would love it more if it doesn’t have as many ads. Thank you 😊

I’ve been a member of Jib Jab for many years and my family and friends love the creations I send for every occasion !

Decided to give this app a go for a bit of Christmas fun but after subscribing for 1 month, kept getting errors when I tried to download my video. It kept saying that my subscription didn’t match my login (uh, what login, only had one?!!) and even after logging out, logging back in, deleting the app and reinstalling it, same problem. I don’t want to waste my time figuring out why this app has a fund, please refund me my $11.49 asap
