The ‘JiggerDFit’ app is a daily routine tracker and diet planning app that aids in loosing weight & getting fit.
The JiggerDFit App calculates the performance of the said user based on the “users inputs” on a daily/weekly basis with parameters such as weight, height, and inches, as provided directly by the mentioned “user”. The JiggerDFit App helps the user by just providing the differences in weight and inches lost, which is represented as “User Progress”.
The JiggerDFit App furthermore also helps the “user” keep track of their respective fitness routines by providing them with daily and weekly checklist tabs and performance graphs.

Through the app, we aim to guide the users to adopt best diet practices based on the data collected from them. It is a tool to compute the weight loss diet needed by the user based on their gender, height, age, weight, and lifestyle. Subsequently, creating a diet plan as per their food choices which fits well with the recommended calories and the recommended nutrients guidelines.
